The Board of School Directors consists of nine members: six representing Kennebunk and three representing Kennebunkport.
Regular meetings of the Board shall be held on the second and the fourth Monday of each month except when determined otherwise by vote of the Board. Meetings shall begin at 7:00 p.m., except when otherwise determined by the Board.
The time and place of meetings will be made available to the news media and the public, at least one week in advance, and the agenda will be available two working days prior to the meeting
